4. Cancellation: Advance payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as arrangements are made in advance.

5. Changes & Delays: The itinerary may be changed due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required permits/documents.

7. Personal Expenses: Any expenses not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be borne by the guest.

8. Force Majeure: The company will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by natural disasters, road blockages, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

9. Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator/driver and maintain proper conduct throughout the trip.

10. Acceptance: Payment of the advance amount confirms that the guest has read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
